DESCRIPTION
In the context of the Nitric Acid Climate Action Group (“NACAG”) initiative, the company Monómeros Colombo Venezolanos S.A., is carrying out a tender for the supply of a secondary nitrous oxide (N2O) abatement system for its nitric acid production plant located in the Special, Industrial and Port District of Barranquilla, Department of Atlántico – Colombia.
PROCESS STAGES
STAGE 1: TENDER PROJECT DRAFT
In this stage, Monómeros publishes the documents that are part of the selection process through the International Open Tender modality in its “project” phase. Interested Suppliers should consult the terms and conditions defined in the documents described as (preliminary studies, draft specifications and its annexes). This stage of the process is subject to the receipt of comments from interested suppliers, within the timeframe established in the process schedule.
STAGE 2: PUBLICATION OF THE TENDER AND CONDITIONS
In this stage, Monómeros will publish the documents that are part of the International Open Tender in its “DEFINITIVE” phase. The interested Suppliers must consult the definitive terms and conditions in the documents described as (Previous studies, definitive specifications, its annexes and formats). This stage of the process will be subject to the receipt of observations from interested suppliers. Once this has been done, the interested suppliers’ offers will be received and evaluated.

To participate, interested parties must follow the following steps:
- Rigorously examine the preliminary studies, technical annex, and the content of the tender specifications, the documents that are part of the same, its formats and annexes; since they are an integral part of this process and it is the sole responsibility of the interested parties to know their content.
- Download the documents of the draft specifications (stage completed, review the updated documents in the schedule)

- Fill in each of the downloadable forms attached to the international open tender (Downloadable forms for bidders).
