In the context of the Nitric Acid Climate Action Group (“NACAG”) initiative, the company Monómeros Colombo Venezolanos S.A., is carrying out a tender, which aims to contract: the supply of a Continuous Nitrous Oxide Monitoring System N2O (CEMS – DASH), for its nitric acid production plant located in the Special, Industrial and Port District of Barranquilla, Department of Atlántico – Colombia.
STAGE 1: MARKET STUDY
STAGE 2: DRAFT SPECIFICATIONS
In this stage, Monómeros publishes the documents that are part of the selection process through the International Open Tender modality in its “project” phase. Interested Suppliers should consult the terms and conditions defined in the documents described as (preliminary studies, draft specifications and its annexes). This stage of the process is subject to the receipt of comments from interested suppliers, within the timeframe established in the process schedule.
STAGE 3: FINAL SPECIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS
In this stage, Monómeros will publish the documents that are part of the International Open Tender in its “DEFINITIVE” phase. The interested Suppliers must consult the definitive terms and conditions in the documents described as (Previous studies, definitive specifications, its annexes and formats). This stage of the process will be subject to the receipt of observations from interested suppliers. Once this has been done, the interested suppliers’ offers will be received and evaluated.

In the context of the Nitric Acid Climate Action Group (“NACAG”) initiative, the company Monómeros Colombo Venezolanos S.A., is carrying out a market study and analysis, which aims to determine the conditions for the eventual acquisition of continuous monitoring technology for nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions, for its nitric acid production plant located in the Special, Industrial and Port District of Barranquilla, Department of Atlántico – Colombia.
STAGE 1: MARKET STUDY
Legal entities (national or foreign companies) are invited to participate in the market research process, in order to determine the cost of the goods, equipment and services required by Monómeros, by submitting a budget-type quote for the contracting and supply of continuous nitrous oxide (N2O) monitoring technology.
STAGE 2: PREPARATION OF BIDDING TERMS
At this stage and as a result of the Market Study/Research, the corresponding steps will be taken to define and prepare the prior documents (Terms of Reference) for the contracting process, the purpose of which is to supply secondary nitrous oxide (N2O) abatement technology for the Monómeros nitric acid plant, located in the Special, Industrial and Port District of Barranquilla, Department of Atlántico – Colombia.
STAGE 3: PUBLICATION AND OPENING OF THE TENDER
At this stage and once each of the procedures established by Colombian legislation are executed, the International Public Tender will be published and opened, where the evaluation criteria, deadlines, technical, legal, judicial and financial conditions of the contracting process for the supply of secondary nitrous oxide (N2O) abatement technology will be reflected.
