Culture of integrity
Monómeros S.A. conducts its operations with high ethical standards, complying with Colombian legal and regulatory requirements and in accordance with international guidelines on the prevention and management of risks associated with corruption and transnational bribery.
To this end, the company implements the Transparency and Business Ethics Program (PTEE), which is based on the principles that define and govern our operations. This program promotes a culture of integrity within the organization, strengthening responsible and ethical administrative practices that support our functions and protect the integrity of our processes and business relationships. The PTEE is not only a tool that guides diligent, responsible, and committed conduct in preventing the risks of transnational corruption and bribery, but it also reflects our commitment to and sense of belonging within the company.

El Código de Conducta y Ética de Monómeros y Ecofértil, aprobado por la Junta Directiva, define los principios y lineamientos que orientan la actuación de colaboradores y terceros para garantizar una gestión íntegra, transparente y conforme a la ley. All donation requests (monetary and in-kind) must be processed through the Monómeros S.A. Foundation. The budget and donations must be primarily intended to address the needs arising from MONÓMEROS' social responsibility policies in its area of influence, its facilities, and those of its subsidiaries.
The Monómeros Foundation may only make donations and/or various aid to individuals and/or non-profit social organizations.
All requests for donations or sponsorships must be submitted in writing, outlining the specific project, activity, or purpose supporting the request.
For the Monómeros Group, acting with integrity is a fundamental ethical principle.
To this end, a reporting channel has been made available that allows employees, managers, partners, and contractors to report anonymously when they identify any of the following situations: disclosure of confidential company or client information, fraud in the contracting or service purchase process, misappropriation of company assets, alteration of company information, cases of corruption, bribery, or extortion, undisclosed conflicts of interest, and suspicious or inappropriate behavior by employees.
