The Monómeros Foundation is a corporate foundation, a non-profit entity, founded in the city of Barranquilla on October 22, 1991. We lead the social management of the companies of the Monómeros Group, directed towards the Communities Interest Group.
At the Monómeros Foundation, we contribute to transforming the lives of the communities with which we interact through our social management, with which we lead, develop and/or support innovative, sustainable and inclusive programs, projects and activities.
Within the Communities Interest Group, the following stand out: the neighboring community to the companies of the Monómeros group (Las Flores neighborhood, Barranquilla), communities of small agricultural producers in Colombia and the vulnerable communities, mainly in the department of Atlántico.
Our approach not only contributes to improving the quality of life, but also promotes community self-management, empowering people to drive their own development and contribute to the progress of our country.
Join us on this mission to sow well-being and capabilities.

The Monómeros Foundation manages spaces for professional, technical and complementary training to strengthen the professional and transversal skills of our beneficiaries.
In order to promote the comprehensive development of children and adolescents, the Monómeros Foundation, together with the Corporación Universidad Reformada, is developing Music for Peace – Las Flores, an inspiring project with psychosocial impact that fosters protective environments through the development of life skills and civic competencies in comprehensive artistic and musical teaching contexts.
Likewise, the Monómeros Foundation manages the University Scholarship program with which it sponsors access to higher professional education for talented young people in our areas of interest.
Communities of small agricultural producers are a fundamental pillar for the Monómeros Foundation, since we firmly believe that the future of Colombia is in the countryside.
We deeply value the hard work of our farmers, men and women, who work every day for the food security of our country through their production systems.
Our foundation is actively involved in rural communities throughout the country, seeking to understand their needs and create meaningful opportunities through programs for productive inclusion.
The Monómeros Foundation is committed to the comprehensive development of communities through job training programs that aim to contribute to improving the quality of life. From training in technical skills to promoting sustainable local entrepreneurship, our efforts are focused on empowering vulnerable individuals and groups. Thus, we not only seek to raise the current standard of living, but also to build a more prosperous and equitable future for all.
