This tool is different from the mechanisms available for customer service, complaints and claims, suggestions, attention to labor issues, and any other available mechanism. Its sole purpose is to report conduct that goes against MONÓMEROS' transparency and integrity in its relationship with entities and/or public officials in Colombia or any other country.

Concepts

  1. Corruption: All conduct aimed at ensuring that a Company benefits, or seeks a benefit or interest, or is used as a means to commit crimes against the administration or public assets or to commit Transnational Bribery conduct.
  2. Transnational Bribery or ST: Legal entities that through one or more: employees, contractors, administrators, or associates, own or any subordinate legal entity: give, offer, or promise, to a foreign public servant, directly or indirectly: sums of money, any object of pecuniary value or other benefit or utility, in exchange for the foreign public servant; (performs, omits, or delays, any act related to the exercise of his functions and in relation to an international business or transaction.
    The typification of these conducts is applicable to entities that have the status of parent companies of MONOMEROS, in accordance with the regime provided for in Law 222 of 1995 or the regulation that modifies or replaces it, when these are executed with the consent or tolerance of the parent company.
