The highest social body, in which the shareholders ensure the protection of their own and the company's economic interests and benefits. Based on this, the company's identity is created with the definition of a clear purpose and organizational values.
The companies that make up the Monómeros Shareholders' Meeting are distinguished by being foreign companies that have made investments in Colombia and their commercial purpose constitutes a key link for the development, competitiveness and sustainability of Monómeros and the maintenance of the Business Group.

The highest management body that acts in accordance with the rights of shareholders and the sustainability and growth of the organization. Its main function is to provide strategic direction for Monómeros, to make decisions based on social, environmental and economic criteria, as well as to monitor corporate risks, the impacts caused by business management and to ensure the internal control of the organization.
The members of the board of directors have experience and knowledge in the main or complementary activity that corresponds to the company's corporate purpose.
The General Management is responsible for the execution, operation and functioning of the organization; it is also responsible for exercising the legal representation of the Company, as well as the duty to execute and arrange the implementation of all necessary operations and business management for the proper functioning of Monómeros, subject to Colombian regulations, the Bylaws, regulations and resolutions or decisions adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting or the Board of Directors of the company, as appropriate.
The management team is made up of the company's senior management and is responsible for implementing the business strategy. It is made up of the general manager, managers and superintendents who lead the administration. Managers must ensure that business decisions are made based on information and analysis previously carried out from technical, legal, economic, human, environmental and sustainability criteria that guarantee operational excellence and the construction of valuable relationships with stakeholders.
